v.
K2 SPORTS, LLC, Defendant.

         1. In this case, the plaintiffs are Steven Scott Rogers and Tracy Rogers. Defendant is K2 Sports, LLC. On December 31, 2015, Steven Scott Rogers fell while skiing at the Afton Alps Ski Area in Washington County, Minnesota. Plaintiffs say that Steven Scott Rogers was wearing a ski helmet manufactured by K2, and that because of a flaw in the helmet he suffered more severe injuries than he would have if he had been wearing a different helmet. K2 says that there is no flaw in the helmet, that he was wearing the helmet incorrectly, and that no helmet could have prevented his injuries. Have any of you ever heard of this case before today?
