         1. This case involves activities that happened at Racine Correctional Institution, where Matthew Stechauner was formerly incarcerated. Stechauner alleges that Lavail Jamison and Dana Brown, correctional officers at Racine Correctional Institution, ignored his need for medical care. Stechauner also alleges that when he complained about his medical care, the warden, Paul Kemper, retaliated against him by having him transferred to Oshkosh Correctional Institution.
